  • Gefüllte Paprika

    Es gibt sie in Rot, Gelb, Grün, Orange und Aubergine – die Paprika. Sie sieht nicht nur lecker aus, sondern ist auch gesund: In ihnen steckt viel Vitamin C, Vitamin A und Kalium.


    Kein Wunder, dass sich schon die Ureinwohner Mexikos und Perus mit der Gewürzpflanze ernährten. Vor rund 9000 Jahren sammelten sie Chilis – die Urform des heutigen Paprika. Besonders lecker schmeckt das Gemüse mit Hackfleischfüllung. Tipp für Vegetarier: Anstatt Hackfleisch wird das Gemüse mit einer Reismischung gefüllt.

    Rezept für vier Personen


    4 rote Paprikaschoten (je nach Geschmack auch gelbe, grüne oder orange)
    400 g gemischtes Hackfleisch (halb Rind, halb Schwein)
    1 große Gemüsezwiebel
    500 g Tomaten
    6 EL Olivenöl
    2 EL Tomatenmark
    375 ml Gemüsebrühe
    Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker
